Could someone confirm the proper oil level in the 5speed transaxle. I believe it is 17mm (9/16”) below the fill plug.
This is from a 1988 T3 JX

Can't help with the oil level but 9/16" (0.5625") is only 14.3mm, conversely 17.46mm is equal to 11/16" (0.6875").
