So it’s been 6? years since my last post. Nancy my LT28 is still going well but I’ve seen far too much of the NHS due to chronic illness of Mrs Tiggerandfish which has led to a suppressed immune system soon after our son was born so it’s been a tricky few years.

Anyway we are all still here and the LT has been a godsend at giving us time away in a safe way.

Mechanically the most difficult jobs have been the front upper wishbone bushes and a rebuild of the brake compensator . Posts and links from the forum have been really useful

My son , now nearly 7 !! loves holidays away in Nancy. We’ve moved from a small room at the passenger side rear with a foam mattress, to sleeping in the awning with me sleeping by the open sliding door . I didn’t really like that and a storm at Brean Sands  put at end to that as the awning was a 45 degrees (but survived) . I’ve settled on a foam mattress across the three front seats and this seems to work the best.

Norfolk (Wells next the Sea x2) Lake District (Hawkshead) Exmouth x4 , Channel View at Brean Sands x4 and New Forest x3 (different sites) have been great holidays. We’ve also enjoyed having days out in Nancy and the ability to brew up, make bacon sarnies and have a toilet make all the difference to a good day out.

A blackout “blanket” made out of double sided silver insulated bubble wrap covers the windscreen and side windows at night or during the day if the sun is blazing.

MOT just passed for the year and we’ve got 4 separate weeks booked this year . I’m in the middle of an internal update to give us more storage space and as always I’m working last minute but looking forward to our first 3 nights away at Tewkesbury at a small site with fishing, fruit picking and lots of open space for a boy to run around.

I'm still here as well, still rocking my LT since 08.  Kids keep getting bigger, at one point I removed the shower room/toilet and closet to make a bunk bed but the oldest has outgrown that so now looking at some kind of front seat bed arrangement to get us through the next few years.  Wife still takes one for the team and sits in the back unbelted.  Confused

Pretty quiet around this forum and I don't do social media so this is all i have.
