Sliding door won't open from outside

			Hi,

A while ago, I found that I could no long open the sliding door from the
 outside, only from the inside.  I had to take the plastic casing off 
the lock button on the inside (so I could pull the lock up to unlock), 
and then use the handle on the inside to open the door.  Whilst it's not
 the end of the world, it is a pain in the backside.

Has anyone any ideas what I can do to fix it?

	Pull the door card off and have a look ? It may be as simple as a connector that has come adrift. Is it unlocking (and locking) properly using the remote ? If not, then it will probably be a faulty locking actuator. I had mine replaced not so long after I bought my van (under warranty).

	Same symptoms as my old van, you'll find the actuator is knackered.
