Which fuse is for my hi/lo beam headlights?

   Hi there,

I've got an HID headlight conversion kit that I am wanting to install into my 09 T5. I've put a multimetre to the wiring but can't seem to get a reading after the relay harness. I've tried to change the fuses to 20a in the fuse box, but that didn't seem to help.

What I want to know is; which fuses are for the hi + lo beam head lights? Is it a single fuse for lo/hi or are there 2 pairs of fuses per beam?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
