240V element was knacked on mine. Pull the fridge out, disconnect the element wires (2) and test for continuity with a meter. If none, it`s knacked, same test for the 12V element (looks identical to the other, but will be stamped up with 12V)

If they test OK then you`ve got a wiring problem. Check 240V socket that it`s plugged into first, also the 12V feed, just in case.

New OE parts available from Gunzl in Germany

mine is the opposite... works fine on leccy, but crap on gas...
theres some frideg info in the westy forum, and pictures of stuff too.

Theres even a link to removal instructions posted somewhere.
Try a search for "fridge" in there, that will pull something up

The gas connection nut in the back of the cupboard is a real tight bas**rd. You need to hold the 90 degree elbow while undoing the nut or you`ll twist the gas pipe, which will make it a t**t to refit the nut after. When you`ve done it all, refit as it was, turn on the gas and use soapy water on all the joints to check for leaks. ANY sign of a bubble, SORT IT OUT,   or take it to a gas-approved caravan place to do it for you. If in doubt about your ability to do it, PAY someone who knows
