We have some 4x4 people here, and some are also on LT-Freunde

It states the 4x4 is destroyed, but plenty of help is available, just ask.

The best of both worlds, Clou and 4x4.

Should you buy it? Of course! A Clou converted 4x4 conversion, I'd buy it.

I have not heard of Foxhunter before, so some interior images would be nice, and any other details you have.

I wish you luck in your search for an engine, though rebuilding is perfectly feasible.

Had it about 18 months now, '96 LT35, far as I know engine is sound but getting slowly drawn into bodywork issues. Conversion-lite - got a bed and cupboard for gas burner and food but no water, leisure battery or any of that hardware. Build a folding bed extension this summer to better fit the clan.
It's well loved in our family but having to think about what happens after this summer. Either I have to source a front panel and get someone to take out the windscreen and replace, then find from somewhere loads of time to sand down and touch up a load of rust (and possibly rebuild some with mesh or bribe a hobby welder)...
OR shift it and spend money on something less vintage.

Money and time, never engh of either.
No pics here, but I'll try to get one sorted. In Bristol these days.

Just acquired an LT35 1994 1383cc non turbo diesel.
90k on the clock and not a spot of rust anywhere.
Bought as a horse box but to be converted into a camper.
Stunning colour don't you think? We will fit in in Holland.

Completely the wrong place to ask but belts from Brickwerks, banner at the top right of the screen.

?Which hoses?
I doubt you will find any new coolant hoses.

I Guess you have the 2,4 liter I6??
I blew the hose going from back of the engine to the defroster heater in October. It is some thing like 28mm on the engine side and 16mm on the defroster end. As it is so special i had to order it from VW Classic parts. I guess most of the other hoses are same dimension on both ends, so could be ordered some where else, at a better price.

I6 or R6 means straight 6, as opposed to V, W or L in engine configuration.
