You've got a good point there Kooldubs!!  After getting the head off, it *may* not be as bad as I thought.  I've updated my thread in the diesel section with some pics and hope to get some opinions on it...

The oil and coolant channels are different from what I can gather.  I'm just in the process of getting the head off again to check...

Hi all,

After a good chat with Hutch (cheers dude, you're a star!!) it looks like all the problems I've been having with my new head are because it's the wrong fucker - looks like it's off an AEY or an AEF....

So, I'm looking for a 1Y head - does anyone have one for sale?
