Thanks for the reply, did you mean the air kit? i think I did read that it had been removed and sold on.
I was interested in some info on the custom springs and gaz shocks on the first post. Just wondered how it drove.

I think he removed the kit not long after and sold it all at a loss. Not because it wasn't good though, I think he just needed cash.
I taste Hurty!

Just wondered If there were any more pics of this T3 around. Has it been sold? How did the suspension set up fair?
I know the threads a few months old, but is the owner still on the forum?

Thanks

Sorry to hijack the thread, but what steels are these? They look bigger than the standard 14" but still can run the VW hub cap.
By bigger I mean diameter, I realize they are banded

Cheers

I had a look at the pics of your bus mate its uber nice, be a shame to get rid of it as you don't see many like it.

A bit of both really GAZ forgot about them and HAvair didn't chase them before as they assumed they would be ready. Then he has a falling out his wifes family who owns the workshop because they're hiking up the rent, hence him having to move. Cant be helped.

I was gonna do the scooby conversion but was actually fairly happy with the engine as it runs so well, so i just decided that looks are more important! Wink

also i need more power and would consider a scooby conversion... but money is a bit tight to do both.

so have Havair cocked up the install or Gaz?

where did he put the tank on that van?

Yeah, jons is on the floor in front of the bulkhead (under the fixed bed) It's only temporary though and would fit under the back seat of a caravelle, just,

Tthere are slim tanks that would fit underneath the van and tuck inside the chassis. There's also stacks of room above the gearbox
