Hi All

I am in the middle of a timing belt change, finally undone the bolt from hell.

It does look like the oil seal is starting to leak on the crankshaft end, does anyone know;

How easy it is to remove the timing cog?  Is this a puller job?
Is the seal relatively easy to change?

Like to get all this nailed whilst its apart.

Cheers
