We looked round at all different types of conversions after the Gipo was stolen, even FiatsEmbarrassed
but nothing really comes close to the built quality of a Karmann

it was a 2.1 and went well but was hellish thirsty and I dont miss the horrible lack of visibility either!!!!
 
the cheetah was great to camp in just not so nice to drive.
 
hence it lasted 3 months before the first westy arrived

we miss the old turbo hi top when travelling about & being cool as this thing is shocking. but it makes up for it when pitched - king size bed, 20 second hot shower & an oven Big smile

Had to get rid of my T4 van as i now have a 17 week old son so more room needed so here is my new ride.

2.4 Turbo (fitted at 5k miles) dam they are expensive to have fitted.
just had the bumper painted as it was Grey,
New Alpine DVD head unit.
clear indicators.
New wheels on the way
