Hi
Newbie on here, hi everyone πŸ‘

Just acquired a 2006 1.9 T5

No central locking...

Seat is out, red wire with blue stripe has no power at the conv unit.
The joins are ok, I have the seat out now...
There is no power to that wire right under the matting, so either a fuse or bad connection elsewhere??

My question is, WHERE DOES THE POWER FEED FOR THAT RED/BLUE CONVENIENCE UNIT CABLE COME FROM??
1 UNDER BATTERY TRAY?
2 UNDER DASH?

just a bit desperate to get it back together now as I've put my back out (lifting the seat awkwardly πŸ™„), and I'm having trouble getting under the dash now with the pain 😭😭😭
Lol

I've run a fused wire directly to the convenience unit, and it all worked fine!
So after getting this far I'd like to find the source of the nile, rather than run a separate feed...  Help please 😜

Cheers
Nick

If it works, go with it.

If you were an aircraft electrician
you'd duplicate all key circuits.
