T4 syncro

I know this is a bit off topic,but can anyone advise me on the mpg a 2.5tdi t4 syncro will acheive?
Also what sort of money would you expect to pay for a T4 caravelle syncro? 
Is the £8500 example on jeds site top money? They seem to vary wildly in price

	a friend of mine is selling his poptop ex-transco 150bhp 2.5tdi syncro for 8k. You can get them for less, but as you say more as well! They are all over the show. I have seen them in ireland (like all T4s) for a lot less. MPG will be about 36mpg.
