T3 sucking noise!

   Hi I have a 1990 T 3 Autohomes 1.9 dg lpg been running spot on with both fuels.The last week I was down on top end power and still is. When driving it's making a sucking type whoosh noise whilst accelerating  , you can hear it when not driving , also . Seems to be coming from the passenger side rear wheel arch area.
A friend says maybe the servo pipe split? The brakes are fine though... any ideas? The van has no issues with cooling etc
