Yes, Mr rowles did it that way with a wbx flywheel and clutch. Go back through his thread chap. You're not going to struggle making an adapter plate!

Thinking about it, it was an air cooled flywheel, not sure if they're thicker than wbx?

OK, gotcha, I was thinking of putting one between the box and the bell housing, not bellhousing and engine, everyone's done that, it's so yesterday 😂. I thought the starter needed to be moved, but I guess not.
Having said that, I already have all the cad files for that, but the other one would be a little cheaper, I would have to add a drain plug to it, and it would look funny, so maybe bellhousing to engine would do. |
