Previously had AVOs with B4s and was well impressed. what other options are there? H+R does look a bit sexy but is it worth the money ? ie proportionate gain/comfort/ride for the money over a set of B4s/avo's ?

anything else out there worth considering?

My local van centre only recommends H&R, the owner always has them on his T5 sportline, thrashes the arse out of it and loves em. He has finally agreed to fit cheaper stuff to my van, but I think it's only cos I import a speaker brand he wants! A man of principles......almost

Probably not. I've got a very early Cup Kit on the 1990, it was stupid low and badly fitted (full length bump-stops??!!!!) crashing around like a go-kart so put in 15mm spacers up front to get it more like -50, chopped the stops to 2 ribs and the Konis are nice at 50% rolling on 50 section 17's.

OK so you need to dodge the potholes but who doesn't if they've got a brain in their head?

I know that Charlie has been pretty pleased with his AVO/B4 combo.

Suspension should be firm but comfy, like a good woman.

ive not had H&R springs as yet  but im a big fan of koni dampers..
quite a few of my cars..  long lasting quality.

i think alot of people mix and match parts.
i had sharan syncro rear springs on the back on my last doka, with avo´s on the front

whats spot on for one van may be too low /not level enough etc  for another, avo make good stuff but the dampers dont have a name for lasting.  that said the guys at avo are allways willing to help.

WHY T3's.... because they are just so adictive, and having one just aint enough

Are the T3 koni's adjustable? I have B4's with AVO 70's but the B4's can't really keep up, especially at the front.
