I have an advisory on my MOT that says 'Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement nearside front'

I want to replace it now rather than later, can someone tell me what to look for on the brick-yard(I have looked & seen there are lots of bushes) & also would it be best practice to replace both sides?

Apologies for any daft questions, i have owned it for a while now & still keep finding niggling problems!!

Had that for 10 years or more, the outer exposed parts often perish where the part doing the actual work is perfectly fine, also don’t assume new is better
