This might be really simple, if you know about these things.
I have a book explaining how to set camber, castor and toe and thinking of having a go myself. It describes angles such as 8° 10’
I understand degrees but what does the tick stand for?
If it's really simple then just humour me anyway, please..

8° 10’ 8° is 8 degrees and 10’ is 10 minutes. There are 60 minutes in a degree. So you're looking at 8 degrees and 10 minutes.MG
