Bane of my life, those buggers are. As Herman was a minibus when I got him, there was far too much glasswork for my liking, so I had to decide whether to rip some out and replace them with metal or [the lazy way] paint over them.

Guess which option I went for!

So, I've sanded those windows down more times than I can remember and slabbered numerous coats of rubberised paint over them and, every time –just when I think I've finally got them permanently covered, I'll come out some day and find a huge bubble on one of them, full of rainwater. I've no idea how the hell it works its way behind so many layers of paint, every time.

Yes iv'e always though that about converted minibuses would have tried the easy option myself, who would have envisaged what Dreamcatcher has pointed out !

Guilty its mine! been used as a shed in the garden since 08 but had to move it to make way for [her words "a nicer looking shed"....]. Started second turn with a fresh battery and some fuel gotta love it, Now parked in the yard and I'm starting to think welding....
No primer on the roof its just gone an interesting matt texture

I'm not too far away in Burntwood so give me a shout if you need a hand.

Least i can do as i took the pic, was tempted to try the house but thought a stranger on the doorstep may not go down too well !

Cheers

Spotted a Westfalia conversion in the park & ride car park at Shields Rd underground station in Glasgow earlier today. Pretty sure it had round headlamps. No pic unfortunately, I was coming down the slip road from M74 J1A ...

Spotted a high roof one on A47 westbound just south of Wisbech about midday. Had a single door on the back like a caravan type door. I flashed at you in my 91 Panda but you looked confused.... Smile

Just drove past me while in a playground in BS5 - high top lt 35 painted matt blue/grey, swear its the one whose owner I was chatting to in a field near Aberystwyth at the beginning of July! He's not from round here but I can't imagine there's too many fit that description.
