hi everyone . ive got a 2008 t5 1.9 . i am wanting to disable the passenger airbag so to be able to use a child seat in the front bench . there is no switch to turn the bag off .i believe it has to be turned off with obd2 is thisi correct .and is there a easy way to turn it on and off . with wanting to be able to carry adults also.any help appreciated.

For an 05 Caravelle

Disable

Switch ign off.

Turn key to upright

Check "Pax Airbag Off" stays lit when ign is on.

Enable

Switch ign off

Turn ign key to horizontal.

Check "Pax Airbag Off" is off when ign is on.
