The Original Cramer 10A battery charger on our Florida appears to have died.  Disconnected produces 13.3 volts but when connected to the batteries voltage drops to the existing battery voltage and they don't charge.  Opened it up, clean and all connections OK, fuse OK.  We don't use it often but occasionally it can be handy.  Looking to replace.  We have two 110 AH leisure batteries and I wonder if the 10 amp is a bit small.

Any comments on either of these?  Or other suggestions.
