have lt45 2.4 diesel which keeps blowin the rubber stopper off the last injector every few months causin a severe loss of diesel (and a bloody mess!!)

i wondered if this is a common prob and any suggestions anyone has to remedy it.
i have thought of tryin to fix something more secure to that injector but just concerned its a safety release and it should come off if there is another prob!!

any suggestions gratefully recieved..........
