Well today I got my Log Book back from DVLA and I am now the owner of a Motorcaravan, it only took 8 days from sending all my photos and covering letter for my conversion.

Does this now mean I can take my vehicle to any MOT testing station and not only to a class 7 registered  station?.

Also I think it might mean cheaper insurance.

Cheers Peter

Yup, insurance should be cheaper and it gives you more choice of MOT stations, assuming they can actually cope with the physical size and weight of the van.
Mid engined, 6 cylinder, turbocharged 2 seater - it can only be a VW LT!

My local station could not manage the height, so it had to go to another branch about a mile away. They have now built an extension which will manage taller vehicles.Thumbs Up

That's good going Pete, suspect it would be a lot longer here and you would also be relieved of 33 1/3 per cent of what the revenue here call's the open market selling price !
