Been busy with my cal look bug,but as promised a while back ,my trendline, lowered 50mm,on 20,s,colour coded by dealership.......it handles really nicely, and apart from the wrong tyres being fitted(should have been hankooks)rides the bumps pretty well.I only use the alloys in the summer, and will put back the stock rims in the winter.Hope you like,oh and before the "it compromises the ride quality" anti modders kick off,my other cars a stroker motored 61 beetle with 205 70,s on the back and 145 firestones on the front,so this is luxury |

yup they are stormers,so weight rating is no worries, tyres are a bit borderline, when they wear out I,ll go for hankooks, taller profile and correct load rating, had to change to studs, speedshack at Uxbridge sorted them....Top blokes very helpful.then the RRover nuts and lockers went on fine.I do need spigot rings really, but not found any yet.....but seeing as I only do about 3.5k a year,I,m not to freaked about it

Too Old,
I'm not one that gets over excited about rims - haven't seen many I prefer to the steelies but I do like those We don't seem to have any "anti-modders" here or if we do it seems it's a case of "live and let live..." Edited by orangina |

Well said, Orangina! It's true that I would be unable to live with the impracticalities of the lowered suspension and the low profile rubber, for various reasons, and therefore will never go down that route myself, but, boy does that van look super sexy!! Nice job! |

I Love the Wheels and you got a nice looking van there TOFT But alloys are not for me either you ought to see the state of my wheel trims I would cry if they where alloys, its all campsites and rough tracks not forgetting kerb parking I think nearly everyone on here loves the odd modification and the T5 lends itself to extras very well in fact a lot of the accessories you can get look factory fitted |

Jumped Ship to a Vito but I hear a 2021 T6 calling, only real difference is the Vito cab is more car like.

Yes i'm not a modder either, the only mods i've made were putting some racking inside for my stuff. But i like looking at everyone else's vans and toft's looks great. It'd look even better if it was lwb like mine. |

I'm not a 'modder' myself, but that's only because Mrs O controls the purse strings! I have managed to change the side repeaters to clear though ( only because it was free!)

It is a trendline not sportline.......I wishand the studs are because these are a Rangerover wheel, chosen for the weight loading,so running rr studs nuts and lockers, and yes I think eibach,do a full suspension upgrade for about 700,there is a german tuning company that has the kit ,sorry I don't remember the name, but a quick google should find it.I just opted for the springs as I do VERY LOW annual mileage, and the stock inserts and shox have a pretty easy life....thanx again for the nice comments people.........the old un
