The Gross Vehicle Weight is 3500kg.

A flatbed LT35 is between 1450-1800kg depending upon specification, SWB, LWB, chassis cab or DoKa. So payload is 1700-2050kg.

I have assumed Series1 LT.

?What could go wrong? You will be exceeding your GVW by 50%.

As i have a LT28 my interest is mostly in the lighter (singel wheels on the rear axel) LTs. I know the LT35E, where the E stands for Einselbereifung=Singel wheel, is approved for up to 3,8tonn, with 2240kg on the rear axel. You have the heavy version, the LT35Z, but i think it is capable of a total weight of at least 4000kg. The LT40 is approved for 2800kg on the rear and 1700 or 1900 on the front, and a total of 4300 or 4400kg. So i think it is up to you and what would happen if you are stopped by the police. If you drive carefully i think the LT will survive.
Then the question is, is it possible to take part of the tractor, like battery, starter, generator, seat, doors and your LTs spare wheel and put it in an other vehicle following you?

What you are considering is very dangerous.
Such a load could damage/break the suspension/clutch, blow a tyre etc.
My main concern would be the brakes overheating and failing to stop the vehicle in a safe distance, causing an accident.
Legally the police would have a field day if they stopped you, and you would be voiding any insurance automatically.
