I would need either the top or the bottom section cut and welded the other way around as that is the way my LLK works.

Currently i buy the plastic topped version and turn it myself...I go through one a year and always carry a spare.

Is doing my head right in, nobody would even entertain me in ahem, over there as thats just the way it is.

Well Lulz...I'm here now and want...Boooooooost!

Wotcha Steve,

It's an intercooler, looking at the runs it is made from steel, quite sure it is not alu

The size is not critical on reassembly, were it to be 10-20 mm larger would still be ok

That’s an alloy intercooler, need a reasonably skilled welder to weld that, did you want the hole to the be opposite side to now? That would need the end re-making , probably £1-150 for a pro welder

try a magnet on it there is a chance I could get it done but depends what its made of.

most intercoolers are aluminium. the pic above is aluminium. you can tell by the beading of the welds.
