I watched the video posted by multiplex man and was filled with confidence so I ordered from ebay the rings, the cluster is soooo easy to remove, just extend steering wheel as far as it will go, look up from underneath and you will see two torx screws either side of column, remove them and pop out cluster, remove loom connections x 2 and take into warm house.

remove two silver small torx screws that secure front screen to back panel and also you must remove speed fasteners where the screws locate that fix cluster to dash, then lever apart

the big rings need a push to get them through holes but then hold them in and push down rim to hold in place as in vid, ok thats the easy bit.... the two smaller rings where simply too large to get thru the holes, but only after struggling trying to push them home did i realise so unfortunately i marked the inside of the clear perspex cover, i then tried to slot them in from behind and discovered they were not going to fit, my only option was to use a de-burring tools to enlarge the holes by 1 - 2mm. you will see in video that the guy uses folded paper to push them in, well only when holes are enlarged can u do that, bear in mind that mine is a 2009 and am not sure if that plastic rim that you see in my pics is there in older models? 3hrs later and they are fitted! worth it? mmm not sure, u decide!!
