Hi selling my VW LT35. I was planning on starting it as a project from scratch after ripping the old interior out, I work away from home though and to be honest, it's probably too big a DIY project for me to take on.

Quick outline list to give an idea of it's state and potential:

Had a replacement d24tic Volvo engine added a few year ago, has barely been driven since due to work this cost 2k for engine and installation.

All new hoses, water pump, fuel pump, starter motor and filters

The van has been insulated with spray foam

I stripped everything back in order to do a new campervan refit.

Left standing for too long, batteries died and now the engine won't start. Mechanic said fuel tank needs draining and, fuel isn't reaching engine. Said everything else with the engine is fine.

New starter battery, barely used.

Was told 110k miles on replacement engine, though can't confirm.

Has two holes in floor panel that need sorting/welding at some point.

Rust on bodywork round windows and along some seams.

Handbrake cable needs welding

The undercarriage of the van is in  great condition for age, been told this by numerous mechanics. All brake lines in good condition.

Small leak coming from roof vent, just needs tightening up and a bit more silicone.

Has roof rack up top and a fold out tyre mount attached to back.

Needs a really good clean, but great potential as a camper project.

£1250 ono (I was told by mechanic it would be worth 1 -1.5k  current condition)

Set of teal reupolstured cushions included to use as U shaped seating that can convert to full bed . And for two bench seats that we're at the front of the cab that converted to a single bed.

I will add photos over the next few days. I'll try and answer any queries best I can. Thanks.

The van is in Durham
