   BRS to AXC - I have changed my engine after being reliably informed that the AXC is a straight replacement for the BRS, the main problem isn’t the crank sensor, the BRS loom is a smaller black one and mounts differently to the AXC which is a larger grey plug, I have changed this but she will not go- registering a crank sensor fault, I assume it is the ecu looking for the BRS signal and as it is now a AXC it is not compatible? Any ideas what is the quickest simplest way round it? Do I need to take the Engine back out and source a BRS?
