now then 1 and all!!. I have a crafter 2.5 that has started to boil. I’ve had the head gasket done this year, been to France and Spain since then. None of the normal signs of head gasket troubles, like oil in the water or water in the oil and no bubbles in the header tank. There is a pipe that is located by the intake manifold and goes to the top of the header tank, and isn’t warm at all. Could this be the cause of this overheating issue???. Thanks!!. 😎

now then! Thermostat was replaced awhile ago and was checked out this year as the head gasket was thought to have let go this year. Van has run really well all this year!. Think that there is a blockage in the system, as when it’s sat on tickover on the drive it all work fine. Only starts to throw its teddy out the prank when it’s put under driving load!!. 😎
