Can any one provide any info regarding spring lowering. Its a T5 andI need it to have a certain clearance for towing but my son gets giddy with its wallowing .Many thanks in anticipation.

Wouldn't better shocks be what you should be looking at ?

In some cases lowering springs will make the ride worse, because the suspension movement & control has to be compressed into a shorter distance of travel, so has to be stronger and quicker acting (= harsher).

you can get away with a 50mm drop before you need to change springs. Cobra & H & R springs are cheap. you can get stance+ sets which include the springs for not a lot more. You should also consider changing the top mount and the drop links. If you are on facebook join the t5/t6 mods facebook group

Thanks. Bought a cheap set of front and rear shocks on ebay including mounting hardware so will try it out.
