Hi folks, my radiator bleed valve turns both ways but does not tighten or loosen, threaded I presume and does that mean a new radiator. Also my heat control in the cab has stuck on hot at the same time AHHH!!
Any advise would be fab as I just bit the bullet and started a coolant change today and am planning a 10 day trip next week. Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem, unfotunatly you have 2 choices I pulled the rad out drilled around the plug turned rad upside down and put the nut in a vice and rubber hammered up and pulled it out of rad it’s a brass fitting that is spinning in your rad, anyway got it out and freed it off then araldited it back in up to now it’s still ok, I have a spare rad if y want one, in hind site I should have bit the bullet and bought a new one.

Thanks so much, I have indeed bit the bullet and bought a new one. Decided that it would have to come out to repair and saw a new Hella one at a good price that is deeper than the original so went for it.
