New oil pressure switch working backwards

   My oil light switch was leaking but working fine,  so bought a new one. Have now tried another new with the same results. With ignition on the light does not come on, when running it flashes. Any ideas?

	You have the wrong oil switch, put up A pic of your new and old one

	Thanks for replying. I don't have the old one anymore but it looked the same. I wasn't offered a choice, is the more than one for the AAB engine?
