As Rowlesy said, looks like a JX

Turbo pipe. It's usually a solid feed pipe in the top and return flexi to sump. See Brickwerks cat

1 is a switch for setting up the over boost inlet pressure, there should be a pipe going from that item to the inlet pipe going into the turbo

The missing pipe only allows the excess air from the inlet manifold back into the inlet,

There is supposed to be a pipe between the filter box and the snorkel tube. Brickwerks does them, see https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/typ+2+syncro/t2/1990-78/1/129-22023/#7

The pipe going to the LDA is a small diameter pipe, 3 or 4 mm bore coming off the inlet manifold flange. I think that can be seen in the first photo
The 15-20 mm pipe number 3 is the connection to the rocker cover breather.
The plastic lump on the end is a pressure relief valve but on my Atlantic there is no electrical connector, no wiring in the loom and no switch shown on the electrical diagram. There is no pipe on the spigot
