Please for the love of god some one help me..my t4 syarts every day first turn of the key and drives however its as if there is no turbo..and it wont go above 60mph .so no power getting to 60 wont go above 60 and looses wag ever power it does have at about 40ish...it now has new turbo new cat new maf..all pipe work seems fine..n75 works..checled loom no brakes done egr delete......has anyone had this problem.????? have you access to vagcom or ant type of code reader?? Before you spend any more cash check fault codes.
If you have sufficient air/fuel delivered at the correct time there should be power-if engine parameters are not being met and noticed by ECU you will not!
 Sounds likeits working as a 'normally aspirated ' diesel for one or more reasons so I would be checking for:
 correct boost pressures against pressure demanded
N75 operation
boost pipe leaks

but first get access to vagcom and someone who can interperet the data

Was your new maf genuine bosch? Heard stories of the cheaper ones not always solving the issue...
