Hi all,
It maybe a stupid question... but Im scrapping my old merc (W Reg 320 clk) and wondered the best way fit my alloys to my t3? Or if its even possible. I know they are 5x112 8j 37et. They had 11mm bolts and the t3 has 14mm studs but... Is it better to get 11mm studs fitted to my bus or have the alloys machined to take bigger t3 studs/ bolts? Or are they both bad ideas and just get some ml rims? Any help greatly appreciated these are the same alloys as mine |

They should be more or less a straight fit. Maybe 5 mm spacers all round.
Longer rear studs. And drill out the bolt holes to 14mm either by hand if your confident or any machine shop if you prefer. |

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so quick. Much appreciated.
So i can just drill out the center of the bolt hole to 14mm? do i not have to get the seat re-done? Haven't looked to see if radius'd of angled yet. I think they are both radius'd. That's great news. Thanks again. Marc

AFAIK you can. The seat radius isn't significantly effected.
You'd obviously need to check which nuts / bolts you'd need. Don't forget longer rear wheel studs if the van has never had alloys on before. |

You will need M14r12 nuts as sold by Brickwerks for Mefro steel wheels.
