I don't think there is. Engine management fuses are small 7.5amp or similar.

Ok thanks cooling fans not working
Power to module and fans work if put direct supply
If I disconnect out side temp sensor should bring fans on but dose t so guess must be short some were regards mike

Probably the fan ECU. It's fitted in the engine bay under the coolant reservoir so they do fail with getting wet

Worth checking other fuses.  The cooling fans themselves will be fused but possibly also the cooling fan control unit.  If so both fuses will probably be in the fuse box down by the battery.  Have a look at this pdf of the fuse positions in fuse box D.  Note the 5 amp beige one!  The diagram is for a T5.1 but yours may well be similar.  Don't rely on a visual inspection of any fuses, use a meter or a simple test lamp to confirm current on both sides of the fuse or pull it out and test it for continuity across the fuse on ohms setting.
