Hey all
I have just put a 1.8t aeb engine in my bus from a passat. Originally the bus had a 1.6jx diesel in it. I'm wondering if anyone else has gone from diesel to this petrol engine and how did they get the Rev counter working please? Cheers |

you need to swap signal from diesel alternator to petrol coil. you can tap into a wire off the coil but without ecu pinouts i couldnt tell you which one....

Thanks mate. I don't actually have a single coil only coil packs on each cylinder. I can pm you a pint for the 1.8t ecu if that helps
