Hi there,
I have this T4 93' model AAC engine with a worn out stator inside the alternator, I am in Melbourne Australia and would like to know what are my chances to find a new one. The VIN is WV2ZZZ70ZRH055859 Many thanks

I would like to find a new stator, the alternator will cost me close to $1000 otherwise

Have you priced a new alternator from an Auto electrician, ebay or UK source ? Even paying for international freight it might still be cheaper. Or getting yours refurbished ?

my sparky is a bit of a wizzard and has a few connectios, he said he should be onto something soon but i thought oi'd ask around
