I'm currently in the middle of an engine swap. I'm putting a 1.9td aaz engine in my mk1 Jetta 1.6d. Now Iv stupidly bought a late aaz engine 1997, so has a bit more electrical components than my 1.6d. It has a full throttle limit valve, fuel shut off control unit, injection period sensor and a commencement of injection valve. Now my question is how do I bypass these? or does anyone know which ones don't have to be connected? Or how do I make them work as they should in my new car? Any advice would be great.
