   If you pm me an email address I'll send you the file.  It's really about how to replace the alternator freewheel without removing the front but it's much the same job, except you need to tilt the back of the the alternator downwards rather than the front.  It should print quite well.
This was the regulator I bought but you can buy genuine Bosch for about £35
