Morning all,

I have an issue with my AFN where on light/half throttle the engine stutters badly and belches out blue, badly burnt diesel smoke. Timing is spot on (static & pump), turbo is fine, tried another pump etc, so I'm thinking that I may have worn injector nozzles. Any thoughts on these badgers...

It's not rust, they're heat blisters....

Thank you. I will get them serviced with new nozzles just to rule it out I think, but I can't afford the Kerma ones atm.

Why don't you have the spray pattern and break pressure checked first?

I could do,but I can't have the car off the road for too long. If it needs nozzles, I'd have to wait a couple more days etc.

Yep, I will be selling a set of 0.216 HFLOX injectors. Properly set up by darksidedevelopmeents. They are pretty new and have at the most 10,000 miles on them and work perfectly.
They should be available over the Christmas period.
