1.9d value?

   Hi everyone back after a very long time of being out of the scene 
Iv just bought a frilly round the bottom 1.9d t4 panel van with the intention of replacing all the bad steelwork getting it painted,lowering etc etc you get the picture
But I'm wondering if it's economically worth the effort and what the ceiling value will be for it when it's done? It is after all a 1995 with the slow 1.9d engine although I think it drives pretty good :-)
