I've got a set of borbet A's and on test fitting the rims the wheel nuts I have stop the center cap fitting on. Is it safe to cut the nuts down, or is it best to wined out the studs and get some bolts?

Heads of the bolts are likely to be the same size as nuts. Stick a photo up. Are yours open ended or enclosed?
