Anyone know of any hybrid turbo upgrades for an acv tdi?? Mines goosed, just wondering if its worth replacing with a standard unit or worth fitting a hybrid unit with a view to get a remap in the future!

Volvo V70 TDI Turbo & Manifold

you will have to clock the Turbo to get the inlet on the same side as your air box .

Good for 200bhp

Turbo Manifold has arrived its off  Volvo V70 But as you can see its a VW Part - 074 253 033K (Same part no as 2.5TDI Item apart from B ref )

On the V70 Volvo the Turbo is mounted this way with exhaust point to the rear of the car with the engine mounted longitudinally.(T4 Transverse) i can mount it this way but will have to design a different pipework set up.

Arise thread!

I've got mine in bits for clocking - these pics would be good?

Did you have any issues with the oil return pipe hitting the wastegate actuator
