westie d/g window removal

hi guys what is easyist way to remove double glazed window from the n/s/r of my westie. is it worth fitting new seal, if so where doo you get them.

Hi Dave

Using a flat screwdriver or bicycle tyre levers, gentle push the rubber from the inside over the metal lip. Once you have done a corner and a fair amount either side, start to push the window out. Don't force it or slip with the screw driver!!

If you replace the rubber use a genuine one, not a shite one from JK or the like.

Make sure someone is outside to catch the window if you push too far!!

Are the seals for the d/g windows same as std ones? , cant find them listed sepertly.

Be careful  with the kitchen window-speaking fromexperience Embarrassed they shatter easy (when dropped) and are difficult to obtain and  expensive to replace. Held to the body by a ridiculous 'hinge' and telescopic stay. rest of the windows come out really easy once initial rubber lip pushed over window edge.

Believe they are the standard seals

Stanley knife the seal off from the outside if replacing seal.
