2005 lt35 lwb brakes

   hi folks 
            i own a 2005 model lt35 lwb panel van i have a problem with the brakes there is no brakes i have bled the system and even used a vacum system it seems to cure the problem for a week or to you have a decent brake pedal then it just deterioates checked all lines and adjusted shoes pads/discs  etc are all excellent condition there is no fluid lose, i'm totally bamboozeled by this can any one help/suggest what i try next??
