Minor problem with the bus - the bodywork below the fuel filler is covered in a thin film of diesel I think this started a month or so ago, when the paintwork was given a blow-over, but she hasn't been running a diesel engine for much longer than that so I can't be certain
I assumed it was just the filler cap (which was the original one) and bought a new one from GSF. Slightly better, but still got some coming out, probably during the first long journey after a fill-up Are there any standard failings on the filler system I should be looking out for? Or is this likely to just be that the paint shop haven't done the bolts up tight enough on the filler neck?! Thanks in advance Richard |
