temp gauge

   Has anyone else had this problem?   when i'm driving my van(aaz power) the temp gauge suddenly shoots up off the scale and the red warning light starts flashing. i know its not overheating cause it did it twice when it had only just been started. does anyone know if its the dash playing up or the sensors going awol. cheers ian
