Just curious as I have some for my T4, but does anyone have them for their westy, and more importantly do they stick to the plastic windows? Is it worth getting a set or shall I stick to curtains?

Hi,
I bought a set from Just Kampers for my Atlantic & found them not to stick to either the plastic or the glass windows particularly well, and when not in use they took up as much storage space as my awning does - so I sold them and went back to using the curtains.

However, there will also be posts from people who swear by them so I guess its a matter of personal choice

They are great, if the suckers don't stick very well you just pop them in some boiling water for a few minutes. It also helps to make the sucker moist when applying to the window. If you've got a pop top westy they can be stored on the top bunk when the roof is down. Just lay them flat on the bed.

exactly what i do....may have to try the boiling water trick rather than just licking them too!!

and yes, thoroughly recommend them, keep the van much cooler/darker in day & warmer at night
