Took delivery of my wheels today, 8J 17" et 52. They look HUGE Shocked
So, just a few questions before I part with any more money:

1) Are 20mm spacers adequate?

2) What size tyres do you recommend? (van not lowered)

3) Will I have any issues with sliding door clearance? (1989 van)

4) What length studs will I need?

Cheers Guys

A lot of what you are asking is suck it and see. Where you at, someone may be able to assist you who has some bits like spacers to try etc

Have a search on Google for tyre size calculator, tells you what size tyres are equivalent to what, you really need to keep within a similar overall diameter to standard for speedo reading. 8J rim is big, tyres will be at least 235, probably bigger, watch the load rating for `em as well.

There's a tyre calculator on here.

I run 225/45's with a load rating of 94 on 8" wide wheels.
